Dear Sir, On the 29th January 2009 I arranged with you to have my heating and cooling put into my ceiling. On a very very hot morning of 40° and over three very nice young men arrived at my door. I was very surprised to see them here on such a hot morning, we are here to do the job and the job they did up and down the ladder sweat running off their ears, I felt so sorry for them.
